Just back from Reese's in Quarryville (or Buck, if that's how you look at it). I got 1.75 ton of nut Blaschak on my little trailer. $190/ton picked up. He told me they moved a lot of coal this past week.

Some of these prices especially for the bagged. I should start bagging it. Even here in hazleton you double your money selling it in bags. Even without an automated bag line you'd make a fortune

Still $170 at the breaker. Just got 7,300 pounds, with a little luck and some global warming it should get me to spring.

Which breaker? I haven't bought any this year so far but I'm almost down to sweepings. I had a bunch of bootleg stuff from a guy I know. It's not the highest quality, but the price was really right I'm not sure if I can get much of that this year.

My buddy owns a piece of property that had a breaker on it over a hundred years ago. There is so much call on the ground in pieces of stove and larger that you could heat my building for a hundred years. The problem is, it's tough to even get to it walking. It's like a jungle and you have to go up and down hills so steep that you're holding on to saplings just to keep from sliding down the hill.

that's how it was where i used to live, the woods were loaded with chunks of coal that fell off the wagons in the 1800's. i was a few hundred yards from where the hegins breaker used to be.

I was in harbor freight today buying stuff and I saw that their coal in 40 lb bags is 2 for $10. Seemed like a pretty good price if you're buying the bagged stuff. It said to sell ended I believe the 28th so if you're going to buy any you better get it by this weekend.

Sorry I meant tractor supply not harbor freight, I was in both places, I'm guessing I'm having a senior moment
